About Collar Change
Collar Change was built for people who do not fit neatly into one box.
I started my career straight out of high school in the trades, working as a welder for over ten years. It was hard work with long days, early mornings, calloused hands, and a deep sense of pride in what I built. That world taught me discipline, grit, and the value of earning everything you have.
Eventually, I made the decision to change direction. I went back to school, earned my degree, and today I work in an office environment. My collar changed, but the work ethic, mindset, and respect for where I came from never did.
Collar Change exists because there is not a brand that truly represents people who have made that kind of transition. Whether you have moved from blue collar to white collar, white collar to blue collar, or you are somewhere in between, your story matters. Changing your path does not mean abandoning your roots. It means evolving.
This brand is about connection. It is about breaking down the unnecessary divide between blue collar and white collar worlds and recognizing that ambition, hard work, and integrity exist on both sides. A job title does not define your worth. Your character does.
